Headquartered in Kinondoni District, Dar es Salaam, with a minor headquarters in Mwera, Zanzibar, we extend our reach across both mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Our work is guided by a dedicated team, from our Board of Organization and Executive Director to field officers and volunteers, all driven by a passion for community-led change.

We believe in collaboration. By partnering with local governments, international donors, and private sector allies, we amplify our impact. Our robust monitoring and evaluation framework ensures every project delivers measurable results.
